New York University Law Review Online

In November 2012, the Law Review launched the New York University Law Review Online, an online parallel to the print version of the Law Review. Online publishes thesis-driven pieces whose policy or theoretical implications push the legal field conversation forward. We welcome novel essays, commentaries, and responses that are likely to be useful to policymakers, practitioners, or academics by examining current or emerging issues in the law. We consider pieces between 5,000 and 15,000 words, including footnotes.
